Photo Release Policy

Photos and video/audio recordings of Darien Youth Hockey Association players are occasionally used in communications, marketing materials and publications, whether print and/or electronic, including on Darien Youth Hockey Association's website Instagram page and any other Darien Youth Hockey Association social media site. By your acknowledgement of this policy during registration, you give consent and authorization to Darien Youth Hockey Association to the use of photographs and video/audio recordings (including television or radio) of your child in communications, marketing materials and publications, whether print and/or electronic, including use on Darien Youth Hockey Association's website.

You understand that you have the right to revoke your consent at any time, should you change your mind, by submitting written notice to the Registrar.
